Caringness from the Bottom of the Heart
Good Hearts Senior Care is an in-home non-medical service provider, which assists the elderly to lead dignified and independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes. All of our caregivers are employees of Good Hearts Senior Care and they are all carefully screened, undergo thorough background checks, are bonded, have third party liability insurance, and are covered by the Worker's Compensation Board. They all have current First Aid/CPR and participate in an ongoing eldercare-training program. Our screening process is based on hiring only those who we would have in our own home caring for our own parents.
Assistance is available around the clock, seven days per week.
Regular office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.; However, requests for urgent service will be handled at any time.
If you would like to obtain more information, arrange for services, or make a referral, please feel free to contact us at your convenience.

CLIENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
The initial in-home assessment allows you to tell us what you need. You then have the opportunity to ask for input from our experienced home care professionals, who are happy to guide you to find the best solutions for your situation.
Our screening process is very thorough to ensure all of our caregivers are a good match with our company. We perform a vulnerable sector criminal record check, reference checks, and we require specific certifications based on the position.
Yes, absolutely.
All employees are covered by workplace insurance, in case of an accident or injury while working in a client’s home. You don’t have to worry about covering any out of work expenses.
Our services are tailored to private citizens, and are not covered by government health care plans. However, many clients may be eligible for coverage through private insurance or Veteran’s Affairs. We often hear about the “sticker shock” of home care services, and understand that care can be expensive for families. We work hard to find sustainable solutions for families.
We charge a variable rate based on the type of service needed, when it is provided, and where it is delivered.
No. Our services begin where the government funded home care program ends, and we work in collaboration with them.
Most of our clients receive care in their own home; however we can provide additional care to clients in Long Term Care or Assisted living facilities, hospitals, and Adult Day Care programs.
Our services are available in Greater Hamilton, Burlington and St. Catharines Areas.
