Caregiving requires incredible compassion, patience, and emotional and physical strength. That’s why we’ve partnered with Mingle & Marvel to bring you Caring With Strength, a science-backed wellness program designed to help caregivers and personal support workers restore their energy and maintain their well-being.
Whether you care for a family member or work professionally, this program provides practical tools to help you feel more grounded, supported, and emotionally steady.
Caring With Strength meets caregivers where they are — offering simple, effective practices that fit real, busy, and unpredictable caregiving life. Delivered as a 4-hour workshop facilitated by Mingle & Marvel, it blends education, reflection, and micro-practices caregivers can begin using right away.
As part of our commitment to supporting families we will provide this to clients receiving a qualifying level of weekly home care hours. For all other clients, family caregivers, and community members, the program is available at accessible pricing — because every caregiver, paid or unpaid, deserves to feel supported, steady, and well.
